Silver and Turquoise Shadowbox Earrings

This design is based off of my Shadowbox Pendants.

A friend of mine really wanted the pendant style as earrings, so here they are.

Like the pendants, the earrings are hollow forms and hand-hammered. They have some leeway to swing and dangle from the earring hooks.

The earrings measure 1 and 3/4 inches long and 1/4 inch deep. At their widest, they are one centimeter.

Very dramatic!

Silver Dragonfly Earrings

I’ve been wanting to make dragonfly earrings for some time, but didn’t come up with a satisfying design until today. I made these earrings this morning. They are hand-cut (not a mould), so no two dragonflies are alike.

These measure 1 1/4 inch long by a 1 1/4 inch wingspan.

Married Metals Dangling Earrings

I love working with organic shapes. Curves make me happy. Earthy colors, fluid shape. Simple and elegant.

These copper and silver earrings are two and three-quarter inches long and half an inch wide. Hand-hammered and one-of-a-kind. Comfortable to wear, very light.

The variations on the surface of the metal are due to the creation process; they create a shimmering ripple effect with light further enhancing the fluid line of the design.

This pendant is about 7/8 of an inch in diameter. It has a slight dome shape. The chain loops through the head.

Turtle represents longevity and calm. If you are in need of grounding, Turtle is a good reminder to take a deep breath and slow down.

I love working with plume agate so much that it is hard to post just a few pictures! The organic beauty of this stone makes me happy! The greens, browns, and smokiness (hence the name “plume agate”) are mesmerizing.

This is a hollow form with space for a chain to run through the pendant. There is also an opening in the back for light to pass through this gorgeous stone.

Classic!
