Reticulated Silver with Amethyst Pendant
Faceted amethyst nests in reticulated silver in this hollow form pendant.
The shape of this piece has an organic feel with the natural terrain of the reticulated silver. The pendant is earthy; we are reminded that silver is a mineral. Amethyst is a gem that is thought to have properties that opens the crown chakra, opens us to our dreams and to ethereal states, while the silver keeps us grounded firmly on the planet.
Hand-crafted, one-of-a-kind. Approximately 1 3/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide by 1/4 inch deep. Signed on the back.
Reticulated Silver Pendant
The fun thing about reticulated silver is that, when creating the reticulation, you never know exactly what the results will be. The finished product is to an extent, chance.
The ripples on the surface of the pendant are like earth’s topography — it looks like mountains and rivers and valleys from far above the earth.
This is a hollow form pendant. The necklace runs through the piece. It’s about 2 1/2 inches long, about a half inch wide, and about 1/4 inch deep. Entirely hand-crafted and signed on the back.
